Variety description

The plant has a compact habit, reaching a height of about 24 cm and a width of up to 27 cm. Leaves are small, strap-shaped, wrinkled, with a velvety texture and soft pubescence. Flowers with a diameter of about 5.5 cm possess a cornflower-blue shade on the upper lobes of the corolla and a yellowish background on the lower lobes with a pronounced reticulated pattern.

The variety is distinguished by high abundance of flowering, which under favorable conditions lasts up to 10 months per year. The flowers are located on short erect peduncles, forming a dense bouquet. The plant is a non-winter-hardy perennial requiring a semi-shaded location, moderate watering, and air temperatures no lower than +12...+13°C.

It is used as an indoor ornamental flowering plant, as well as for cultivation in containers on shaded terraces or patios. For the culture as a whole, it is critically important to avoid waterlogging the substrate to prevent the development of rots.
