The variety belongs to the group of hybrid streptocarpus, known as Cape primrose. It is a product of breeding by the German nursery Fleischle Gartenbau and is used primarily as an ornamental crop.

Under greenhouse conditions, with nighttime temperatures maintained at 16°C and daytime temperatures in the range of 19–24°C, vegetatively propagated plants reach marketable size in 68 days. Specific morphological descriptors, such as height or disease resistance, are absent from open scientific materials.
