Variety description

The variety is a bud mutation of the variety «Charles Joly». The shrub is tall, spreading, reaching a height of 3 to 5 meters. The foliage is dark green, glossy, remaining on the branches until late autumn.

Inflorescences are dense, compressed panicles. Large double flowers change shade when opening, creating a color contrast. Flowering is abundant, occurring in late spring and early summer.

The variety has high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to –35–40°C. The plant is used in landscaping parks and gardens, and is suitable for forming hedges and group plantings.
