The variety is a hybrid form obtained by crossing Thuja plicata and Thuja standishii. The plant is characterized as an evergreen conifer that has a more compact crown shape compared to the Green Giant variety.
The plant possesses high winter hardiness, which allows it to grow successfully in the climate of Denmark and the northern regions of the USA. The variety is primarily used in ornamental gardening for creating avenue plantings.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
