The variety is a winter cereal crop developed at the Romanian institute NARDI Fundulea. It has the ability to adapt to various soil and climatic conditions, demonstrating high yields in experimental studies, reaching 9016 kg/ha.
The plant undergoes regular testing for resistance to foliar diseases, including yellow rust, as well as Fusarium head blight. The physicochemical parameters of grain quality may be negatively affected by extreme weather conditions that provoke the development of pathogens.
