The variety is characterized by medium heading and maturity dates; the plant is medium-short. It possesses high winter hardiness and very high lodging resistance. The grain is large, with a thousand kernel weight of 40–45 g, with high protein content and resistance to sprouting in the ear. A very high tillering capacity allows for lower seeding rates.
The variety has very high resistance to powdery mildew, brown rust, yellow rust, rhynchosporium, fusarium head blight, and septoria glume blotch, as well as good resistance to snow mold and septoria leaf blotch. The grain is used as a component for animal feed production. The variety is suitable for intensive cultivation technologies and is well-adapted to medium-quality soils.
