Variety description

The variety belongs to the suberythrospermum botanical variety. Plants have a height of 90–100 cm, a spindle-shaped dense long ear with short awns in the upper part. The grain is large, elongated, yellow-white; there is no pubescence on the glumes.

The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought tolerance, and resistance to Fusarium, powdery mildew, and smut diseases. Potential yield exceeds 12 t/ha.

Grain protein content is up to 12.8%, gluten content is about 26%. The variety possesses elastic gluten and is capable of forming high-quality bread without the use of improvers; the bread loaf volume is 680–750 ml.
