The variety is an awned red wheat. It possesses good stem strength, ensuring resistance to lodging. The variety is intended for cultivation in high rainfall areas and under irrigation conditions, being optimal for early sowing dates.
Regarding diseases, the variety shows resistance to stripe rust (R–MR), moderate resistance or susceptibility to tan spot (MR–MS), and moderate susceptibility to leaf rust (MS). For stem rust, the variety is classified in the category from susceptible to very susceptible (S–VS).
