The variety is a winter type and was included in the Varietal List of the Republic of Croatia. It was developed by specialists of the Department of Plant Breeding, Genetics and Biometrics of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb.
In scientific publications, the variety is mentioned as a test subject in studies on the effect of sowing density on yield. However, precise descriptors of the variety, including plant height, maturity group, disease resistance or grain quality indicators, have not been published.
