The name Alexa is recorded in foreign scientific publications and variety trial materials, in particular in Bulgaria, as a winter soft wheat. At the same time, the variety does not have official registration in Russia and has not become widely distributed.
In Russian-language sources, information about a wheat variety with this name is practically absent, and the name itself is often mistakenly or intentionally confused with other crops, for example, with the soybean variety "SK Alexa", or with the Russian wheat variety "Alekseyich".
