Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is intended for cultivation under organic farming conditions and can be used for both baking purposes and as fodder. The plant is characterized by relatively short stature and resistance to lodging.

The grain of the variety is large, possesses a high gluten content and good dough density, corresponding to quality class 1. To achieve maximum yield and grain quality indicators, the variety requires adequate nitrogen nutrition and moisture availability.

During cultivation, a seeding rate of less than 270 viable seeds per square meter is recommended. The variety exhibits resistance to sprouting in the ear and is suitable for more intensive methods of organic production.
