The variety was obtained by crossing the Hamac and Apache varieties. It belongs to the group of early-maturing winter varieties, possesses good lodging resistance, and also high resistance to powdery mildew and yellow rust.
The wheat is characterized by a low protein content. Dough rheology indicators include a low balance of tenacity and extensibility (P/L from 0.2 to 0.3) and a low flour strength index (W from 80 to 110 at 11% protein), which meets the requirements of biscuit production.
