The Kepler variety belongs to winter forms of soft wheat. Within the framework of agrotechnical research, it was established that the variety demonstrates good indicators of baking value when moderate doses of nitrogen fertilizers are applied.
In scientific publications, the variety is considered as an object for studying genetic resistance to diseases, in particular to the leaf rust pathogen Puccinia recondita f. sp. tritici.
