Liutestsens 28616 is not a variety in the modern sense, but serves as breeding material. The line was used in breeding work to develop new varieties, such as Demiro 100, Myronivska 100, and Myronivskyi standart.

During research, plants possessing group resistance to a number of diseases, including spike diseases, were selected from this line through individual selection.
