Variety description

10 August 2026

This variety of Dutch breeding is often used as a parental component in the development of other varieties. In scientific literature, it is used as a model specimen for studying spike productivity and the number of grains within it.

The plant possesses resistance to yellow rust and contains the Lr34 gene, which provides resistance to leaf rust. Due to its age, the variety is considered primarily as breeding material and a significant genetic resource.
