The soft winter wheat variety Okrasa was created by a group of breeders, including O. V. Babayants, A. I. Rybalka, V. P. Fedchenko, N. Y. Bosakovskaya, T. P. Nargan, N. Y. Nakonechny, N. I. Erinyak, and S. P. Lifenko.

Detailed agronomic characteristics, such as maturity group, plant height, disease resistance, and detailed grain quality indicators, are absent in currently available publications.
