The purpose of the variety is the production of confectionery products, in particular biscuits. Quality indicators include a test weight of 76–78 kg/hl, protein content of 11–12%, flour strength (W) of 120–180, and a tenacity to extensibility ratio (P/L) of 0.4–0.7.
