The variety is characterized by high grain and pasta quality. In comparative studies of flour, the variety demonstrates high protein composition indices and minimal dry matter loss during thermal processing.

The yield of the variety directly depends on the farming system and the intensity of the use of plant protection products and fertilizers. In Mediterranean climate conditions, the highest yield indices are achieved under the traditional farming system.

The variety is intended for the production of semolina for making spaghetti. Detailed data on morphological characteristics of the plants and specific resistance to diseases are absent in open publications.
