Variety description

The variety belongs to the leucurum botanical variety with a white awned ear. The plant is erect, reaching a height of 85–100 cm. The dense cylindrical ear has a length of 6–8 cm; the awns are white, long, and coarse. The grain is amber-colored, semi-elongated; the thousand kernel weight varies from 40 to 45 g.

The growing season is 77–110 days. The variety shows high resistance to lodging and drought, as well as to infection by common bunt. The protein content in the grain is 14.5–16.5%, the gluten content is 34–36%. Potential yield reaches 5.5 t/ha.
