The variety was created through intervarietal hybridization using genetic material from Ukraine and Russia, including the varieties «Айсберг одесский», «Парус», «Алый парус», «Днепряна», «Белый парус», «Харьковская 909», and «Leucurum 21». The genetic basis was breeding line 2200-3/06.

Development type is winter. The variety possesses excellent grain quality and is characterized by the ability to withstand the brown rust pathogen (Puccinia triticina). Intended for the food industry, particularly for the production of pasta, bulgur, and couscous.
