The variety belongs to durum wheat and is mentioned in scientific studies in the context of examining resistance to the wheat septoria pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici. Under experimental conditions, variability in the plant's response to the application of growth stimulants and defense inducers was observed.

In studies on chemical element content, the variety is classified as having the ability for low cadmium accumulation. The possibility of using this variety under organic farming conditions is also noted.
