The variety is a winter form of einkorn wheat. Breeding was focused on eliminating typical species deficiencies, including improving lodging resistance and increasing yield, as well as ensuring rapid growth during early developmental stages.

During the variety's development, agronomic performance and baking qualities, such as loaf volume and dough properties, were taken into account. The crop is intended for organic and conventional farming and is in demand in the health food market.
