This einkorn form is distinguished by high natural resistance to fungal diseases such as rust, powdery mildew, and smut, which allows it to be grown without the use of pesticides. The plant is characterized by high stem strength and a well-developed root system, enabling it to thrive in poor sandy soils and successfully suppress weeds.

Crop yield varies from 2.3 to 3.7 t/ha. The grain contains up to 18% protein and is distinguished by the specific composition of its gluten, which makes it suitable for the production of craft products: sourdough bread, flour, and pasta.
