The variety is a tall plant with a stem height of up to 120 cm and a mid-late maturity cycle. It is characterized by a low yield of 15–20 c/ha and a tendency to lodging on highly productive soils, which limits its commercial use.

The grain has an elongated shape and contains a significant amount of protein, minerals, and selenium. The variety contains α-gliadin, therefore it is not safe for people with celiac disease. The flavor profile of the product is characterized as sweet-starchy with hints of hazelnut and honey.
