The variety belongs to the Double Early tulip group and was obtained as a result of crossing the Kung Fu and Monte Peony varieties. The plant reaches a height of 40–45 cm; during forcing, the stem can stretch up to 60 cm.
The flower has a dense double structure with a cup shape; the size of the cup is 7–9 cm in height. The color of the petals is defined as saturated red or dark pink-red.
The variety is suitable for forcing, including hydroponic cultivation, with a bulb cooling period of 14–16 weeks at a temperature of +9°C. Flowering in open ground occurs in April–May; the plant has hardiness zone 3.
