The flower has a cup-shaped chalice of an ivory base color with a delicate light yellow flame in the center and a distinct pink-red border on the petals. The plant reaches a height of 50–60 to 70 cm, possesses gray-green lanceolate leaves and erect flower stalks.
The variety is late-flowering; blooming occurs in May and can last up to three weeks. The plant is frost-resistant, corresponding to USDA climatic zone 3. It is used in landscape design for flower gardens and flower beds, and is also suitable for cutting.
