The variety belongs to the double late (peony-flowered) tulip class. The flowers are large, 8–10 cm in diameter, with pointed petals arranged in a cascade. When closed, the bud has an artichoke shape. The coloration combines purple and green shades; the inner side of the petals is glossy, while the outer side is matte.
The plant has dark green leaves with slightly wavy edges and strong stems 40–50 cm in height. Flowering occurs in May and lasts up to three weeks. The variety is resistant to rain and wind, winter-hardy, and suitable for cut flowers, forcing, flower bed decoration, and container cultivation.
