The variety belongs to the group of early double tulips. The flowers are bright lemon or deep yellow in color and reach 8 cm in diameter; a thin green line may be present on the outer petals. Plant height varies from 20 to 45 cm; peduncles are strong.

The flowering period occurs in April and lasts about three weeks. The plant's leaves are decorative, green with a white margin. The variety is used for decorative planting, cut flowers, and forcing, including early timing for holidays.
