Variety description

The variety belongs to the parrot tulip group. The flowers are characterized by an unusual shape with wavy, shaggy petals resembling the feathers of tropical birds. Inside the flower there are black anthers, the main color is yellow with variable shades of red, orange and pink on the edges.

The plant height is from 40 to 60 cm, the diameter of a fully opened flower varies from 12 to 20 cm. The variety is late-flowering, the flowering period falls on April–May. It requires cultivation in places protected from wind and precipitation, prefers drained and fertile soils.

The plant is intended for decorative gardening, including the creation of borders, group plantings and cultivation in containers, and is also used as a cut flower crop.
