The variety belongs to the class of single late tulips. The flowers are of a rich lilac, purple, or ruby-red color, with a goblet or oval shape. The plant height is 55 to 60 cm. A characteristic feature of the variety is the presence of decorative variegated foliage.

Flowering occurs in May. The plant has strong and sturdy peduncles resistant to lodging. The variety is used for landscaping and for cut flowers.
