The variety belongs to the Triumph tulips group. Flower color is dark purple-red (RHS 60B) with a white border (NN155C). The origin of the variety is the result of crossing 'Kung Fu' and 'Leen van der Mark' varieties.

The variety is characterized by a rapid forcing cycle, suitable for implementation starting from mid-December. The plant possesses good bulb production rates and resistance to the physiological disorder known as acid sensitivity.
