The variety belongs to the parrot tulip group and blooms in April-May. The height of the peduncle ranges from 40 to 60 cm. The petals have a complex shape resembling bird plumage and are colored in shades of red with the addition of green, white, or yellow streaks on the outer side.

The plant possesses resistance to weather conditions, although the large buds are sensitive to strong wind and excessive soil moisture. The variety is used in landscape design for decorating flower beds and group plantings, and is also suitable for cutting into bouquets.
