Tulip Iceberg belongs to the group of double early varieties. The flower has a cup-shaped form and consists of about 30 petals, resembling a peony or lotus when fully opened. The flower height is 6–8 cm with a diameter of 12–13 cm; the peduncle grows up to 30–45 cm.
The variety is mid-season flowering and suitable for forcing, which is possible from January 5, provided that the bulbs are pre-cooled at a temperature of +9 °C for 16–18 weeks. The plant is used for creating bouquets and in ornamental gardening.
