The variety belongs to the double tulip class. The flowers have a flattened cup-shaped peony-like form with a saturated pink color, sometimes with a soft lilac shade. The plant has lush green sword-shaped grooved leaves that tightly enclose the flower stalk.

The height of the tulip varies from 30 to 50 cm, and the diameter of the opened flower is 8–12 cm. The variety is characterized as early-double or mid-flowering; blooming occurs in April–May. The plant forms a sturdy herbaceous stem and is used for landscape design and cut flowers.
