Monza tulip belongs to the fringed tulip group. The plant reaches 35 cm in height; the bud size is 6.5–7 cm. The flower is single, fringed, with a feathered pattern. The base color of the petals is pink transitioning to mid-blue, with inclusions of white and pink-purple-red colors.

The variety blooms in April–May. Sunny areas with well-drained soil are preferred for cultivation; bulb planting is carried out in autumn. Due to its compact size, the variety is suitable for landscaping, cut flowers, as well as for cultivation in containers and on balconies.
