Variety description

The variety belongs to the group of double late tulips with a flowering period in late April – May. The plant height ranges from 38 to 50 cm. In the closed state, the bud has a dark violet, almost black coloration with possible lilac or green shades; upon opening, the petals acquire a saturated violet-purple color, sometimes with a pink margin.

The plant is characterized by high stem density and is suitable for use in flower garden design, flower beds, container gardening, and for cut flowers. The variety is suitable for forcing, including at 9 °C. When cut, it maintains freshness for 5 to 10 days.
