The variety belongs to the Darwin Hybrid group and is characterized as a tall plant with a height of 50–55 cm. The flower is single, with a classic goblet shape, featuring a deep pink color in the center and cream-white or silvery-white edges. The leaves are broad, lanceolate, and medium-green.

The plant belongs to mid-blooming varieties with a flowering period in mid-to-late spring. Due to strong and long stems, the variety is suitable for cut flowers and is also used as a commercial crop for forcing, including in water, provided it undergoes prior cold treatment.

The variety is a polyploid form derived from a cross between Tulipa fosteriana and Tulipa greigii. It possesses the pronounced vigor and endurance characteristic of the Darwin Hybrid group.
