The variety belongs to the Double Early Group of tulips. The flower has a double peony-like shape and a diameter of about 4.5–5 cm. The coloration is a combination of purple-red shades.

The plant height is about 37 cm. The variety is early-flowering and is suitable for use in floriculture both for open field and for forcing.
