Variety description

The variety has a peduncle height of 15–30 cm and narrow dark-green basal foliage. The flower colour is bicolour: the outer side of the petals is deep red, and the inner side is pale yellow. In bright sunlight, the bud opens completely, forming a yellow 'star', while in cloudy weather it remains closed.

Flowering occurs in the period from late March to May. The plant is distinguished by high winter hardiness and easily naturalizes in the garden. The variety is intended for the decorative landscaping of flower beds, rock gardens, and container cultivation; it is not used for commercial cut flowers due to its small height.
