The variety is a compact plant up to 30 cm in height with characteristic variegated foliage. The flowers are distinguished by a bright pink-red or deep salmon color, with a noticeable silvery tint on the outer side of the petals.
The flowering period occurs in the spring months, spanning April and May. The plant is intended for ornamental use in decorating flower beds, borders, and edgings, and is also successfully used in container gardening and rock garden design.
