The variety is a high-growing shrub with a height of 1.6–2.5 m with a spreading crown shape, prone to thickening. The berries are large, with a diameter of 22–25 mm and a mass of 1.8–4 g, have a round or slightly flattened shape, light blue color, and a firm texture.

Fruiting begins from the second ten-day period of August. The yield is 4–6 kg per bush. The variety has a medium frost resistance of about -23°C and resistance to spring frosts down to -7°C. The plant is self-fertile, prefers acidic drained soils and well-lit areas.

The berries are resistant to shedding and have good taste qualities. In addition to food use, the variety is used in landscape design due to its decorative flowering and change of foliage color in the autumn period.
