Variety EB 9-4, also known under the commercial name OZblu Mora, belongs to the southern highbush blueberry group. The plant was obtained during a breeding program in Australia through controlled cross-pollination of varieties BB1 and 99-4.

The variety is characterized by an early ripening period. Fruits are large or very large in size; their weight varies from 2.9 to 5.6 grams. The berry flesh is firm, and the flavor has a low content of sugars and acids. The variety is oriented toward commercial production for the sale of the harvest in fresh form.
