Rocio is a southern highbush variety with a low chilling hour requirement. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and an upright, vase-shaped to upright, bush habit. The variety is self-fertile and distinguished by very early flowering and fruit ripening.
The berries of the variety are large, weighing from 2.5 to 6 g, possessing a violet-blue color, juiciness, and pronounced firmness.
