The variety is a southern highbush blueberry with an admixture of Vaccinium darrowii genes. The plant has good vigor, forming upright bushes with a narrow crown. The chilling requirement is 300 hours or less at temperatures below 7 °C.
The fruits are medium to medium-large in size, ranging from 1.5 to 1.9 g, and the color varies from medium to light blue. The berries have firm flesh and a small, dry picking scar. Fruiting occurs very early, 7–12 days ahead of the Rebel and Star varieties.
The yield of the variety is estimated as good. The variety is self-fertile, however, the use of pollinators is recommended to improve performance. Due to early flowering, there is a risk of damage from spring frosts, which requires the implementation of protective measures.
