Variety description

The plant forms spike-shaped inflorescences consisting of star-shaped flowers of a saturated purple shade, which acquire a velvety appearance due to the stamens. The crop reaches a height of 60–90 cm and is an ornamental perennial suitable for use in mixed borders and for cutting, and also attracts bees.

The variety blooms from June or July to November with regular removal of faded inflorescences. For successful growth, the plant requires well-drained soils and full sun exposure, while it is important to prevent moisture stagnation. The plant is characterized by good disease resistance and a compact bush shape.
