Variety description

The plant forms a neat dense bush with glossy dark green lanceolate foliage. The length of the dense spike-like inflorescences is 15–20 cm. The variety is distinguished by strong sturdy shoots that do not require support, and high disease resistance.

The flowering period begins in late spring or June and continues until August-September. The plant is winter-hardy, belongs to USDA zones 4 to 8. It prefers well-drained soils of medium fertility and sunny locations or light partial shade, moderately drought-tolerant after establishment.
