The variety belongs to the Vicia faba var. major group and is a non-hybrid plant. Bush height varies from 40 to 100 cm. The plant has resistance to cold, but is susceptible to black aphid infestation and may require staking in windy areas.
A variety of universal use: the beans are consumed both fresh and dried. Sowing is carried out depending on the climate: from late autumn (in regions with mild winters) to spring (from February to May). To improve the yield, hilling and pinching of the tops after pod formation are recommended.
