This property allows the grain of this variety to be included in feed rations at levels exceeding 20 percent. The variety is also characterized by a low content of vicine and convicine.
During agronomic trials, the variety shows a relatively low grain yield. The main purpose of the crop is its use as a high-protein component in poultry and livestock farming.
