The variety belongs to the group of small-seeded faba beans, which are designated as haboncillo in the Spanish classification. The plant reaches a height of 90–110 cm and is characterized by a medium growth rate. Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by the white color of the flower corolla.

The chemical composition of the beans includes condensed tannins, which determines their value as a protein source for farm animals. The crop is used as forage and as green manure.
