Variety description

The variety is vigorous, forms a small number of lateral shoots, with cane maturation to the tips. The leaf is pentagonal, five-lobed, leathery on the upper side and pubescent on the underside. Clusters are of medium size, cylindrical-conical, with density ranging from loose to medium. Berries are grey-pink or pink, round or slightly oval, with thick and firm skin.

The variety belongs to the medium maturity group and is characterized by high yield, which in some years requires cluster thinning. Frost hardiness is approximately -23°C. Resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and grey mold is assessed as high, which allows for minimizing chemical treatments.

Technical variety for creating quality white wines, which are distinguished by extractivity and balanced acidity. The flavor-aromatic profile includes hints of ripe apples, peach, apricot, flowers, and spices, reminiscent of wines from Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, or Sauvignon Blanc varieties.
